At Footart we have an easy, no quibble returns policy.
If there is a problem with fit, colour or styling we will offer an exchange or refund.
You are entitled to cancel any order or make a return with us within 14 days of despatch of the goods. On Christmas orders we will extend this to include 14 days from 25th December 2019.

You must return the goods in the same condition as they were when they were delivered including all packaging and swing tickets.
Include in the return the invoice filling all action required (details on the back) e.g. replace item with style / colour / size or refund. These details help speed up the returns processes.
We will refund any monies you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice or our receipt of the returned goods.
Any goods returned due to a sizing or colour issue can be returned to us every effort will be made to replace the goods in the correct size and or colour. Postage and packing back to FootArt.co.uk will need to be paid by the customer. Replacement items will still be sent out free of charge.
If your goods are faulty please e mail our Customer Services department at: [email protected] Please detail your invoice number and provide a description of the issue supported with photographs. For issues with rivets please email us with your invoice number and we can provide replacements.
Please obtain proof of despatch from your Post Office as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost items without proof of posting.
For faulty returns items can be sent Royal Mail - 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, this will be refunded pending the results of the fault.
