The FootArt.co.uk site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the FootArt.co.uk Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of liability
At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
The FootArt.co.uk Site is provided by FootArt.co.uk without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.
The FootArt.co.uk Site provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while FootArt.co.uk tries to ensure that material included on the FootArt.co.uk Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. FootArt.co.uk will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the FootArt.co.uk Site.
If FootArt.co.uk is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

Expiry Date on Payment Card
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
We will treat all your personal information: as confidential and will only disclose the same in the circumstances set out below; and in accordance with Data Protection legislation from time to time.
When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information, we may in some circumstances use 3rd party suppliers to verify this information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card or (ii) despatch the goods to you, whichever is the earlier. You agree that we will not be responsible for failing to deliver Goods to you if you have supplied us with an incorrect address.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.
All goods or services purchased are sold subject to additional specific terms and conditions related to that goods or services including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and any warranties. Please ensure that you read such additional terms.

All orders placed for delivery in the UK will be sent FREE Postage and Packing unless the special delivery method is chosen. Goods will be despatch immediately and be delivered in 2-3+ working days, occasionally they may take longer. (subject to Royal Mail service). Jibbitz are sent 2nd Class. There is no minimum order value or quantity.
Delivery to locations outside the UK will be despatched (Royal Mail) Air Mail International Signed For and subject to the additional shipping costs as stated at the shopping cart stage.
Any orders placed after midday during a week day will be despatched, the following day. Goods ordered after midday on Friday and at the weekend will be despatched on a Monday.
This website uses live stock figures so if you can order the goods they will be in stock.
Cancellation Rights and Returns
All other purchases are subject to the following returns policy. You are entitled to cancel any contract or make a return with us within 14 days of despatch of the goods. On Christmas orders we will extend this to include 14 days from 25th December 2016.
If you do cancel a contract or make a return then:
Notify us in writing by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or send a letter to FootArt.co.uk , 35 Milton Rough, Acton Bridge, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 2RF.
All returned goods must be in the same condition as they were when they were delivered including all swing tickets. Include in the return the invoice number and action required e.g. replace item with style / colour / size or refund. These details help speed up the returns processes.
We will refund any monies you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice or our receipt of the returned goods.
Any goods returned due to a sizing or colour issue can be returned to the above address and every effort will be made to replace the goods in the correct size and or colour. Postage and packing back to FootArt.co.uk will need to be paid by the customer. Replacement items will still be sent out free of charge.
Price and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.Top of Page
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, including American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your goods or provision of the service to you. Cheque payments are also accepted, made payable to FootArt, and sent to 35 Milton Rough, Acton Bridge, Northwich, CW8 2RF. Goods will be despatched on receipt of cheque.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
By entering a competition on the Footart Facebook page you are agreeing to Footart using your information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with any third parties and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails or emailing us directly. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion. Entrants are providing information to Footart and not to Facebook. If you wish to add photos to the Facebook competition you are granting permission for these images to be used by Footart online at www.footart.co.uk and other online communications. By submitting your photo you understand and agree that Footart has no obligation to publish your photo. You must be the author/copy write holder of any images submitted. Entries must be submitted by the closing date displayed in the details of the competition. Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry or the entry has been submitted by a responsible adult 18 years old or over.
2. Entries must be posted to the Footart Facebook page.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
4. The winner will be the entrant selected by a team of judges selected by Footart.
5. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Footart reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
6. If you win the competition, we will notify you via the Footart Facebook page or by telephone or e-mail if this information is supplied. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond by 2pm Friday 13th June, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
7. The prize cannot be transferable to another person.
8. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, or services.
9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
10. Incorrectly completed entries or those containing inappropriate text or images will be disqualified.
12. Footart reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
13. Privacy Statement: Footart does not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. Whenever you provide personal information we will treat that information in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. This information will be treated with care and confidentiality by Footart and will only be gathered and processed for the competition or the promotion of the competition.
